The NOSAG diet?


Yes, that's it! I just invented a diet that really works! I have lost about 22 lbs in less then 3 months without felling cravings.

The problems of diets are two, the food sucks like broccoli( i really ate) and they make us have cravings for foods like pizza and burgers.

I Found that there are some ingredients that makes you increase your appetite for bad food and dislike good food.

If you don't eat them, you just do your diet for months without eating any junk food or candies and you don't even remember they exist. Believe. You just have to quit those 3 ingredients and your cravings disappear. maybe it will cost you in the first 2 days but then you are free and your diet just goes nice.

the 3 ingredients are : Sugar, glutamate and aspartame. Get rid of them and you get thin!
My normal food intake is:

Breakfast : natural yogurt with almonds,whole rice cookie ( like the one in the photo) and avocado



Lunch and dinner: grilled meat or fish with 80 grams of whole rice or whole pasta ( cooked only with water and salt)
Between meals and at night you can eat almonds, tea without any sugar or aspartame or whole rice cookies.
You can see i don't eat any processed food, just simple ones.

  1. I've never seen rice cookies but if they are anything like the rice cakes...forget it. They taste like cardboard to me. Maybe I can find another substitute. I'm going to try and eliminate or at least reduce the sugar, glucomate, and aspartame. I'll let you know how it works for me.
